Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pastoral care and support to children, young people, and families, helping them to grow in their faith and develop a deeper relationship with God.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in children and youth ministry, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, young people, and families.
  • A deep understanding of the Bible and its application to everyday life.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to ministry.
