Job Description: Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts by understanding their evolving needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team to develop comprehensive account plans that drive revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial, ensuring optimal profitability for EOS IT Solutions.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Travel internationally to engage with clients, build rapport, and address their specific requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success as a Client Relationship Manager or in a similar role within the technology industry.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on integrating complex solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of IT technologies, including video conferencing, collaboration platforms, networking infrastructure, and managed services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and pipeline management tools.
  • Strong work ethic, results-oriented mindset, and commitment to exceeding client expectations.
