About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in nursing and residential homes throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Administer gastrostomy feeding and perform moving and handling tasks
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 3 months' experience in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to provide high-quality care to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and helpful attitude
  • Available to work frequent on-going shifts
  • Excellent time-keeping and punctuality
  • Driving license preferred
