About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HealthHarmonie. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and manage stock and equipment for the clinic
  • Set up examination rooms for clinicians and act as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including completing reports and providing support related to administrative duties

Requirements

  • Prior experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital environment
  • NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • IT literacy with proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • A strong passion for delivering high-quality care and a sense of pride in your work

What We Offer

  • Part-time, permanent contract
  • Working pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday
  • 30 hours per week
  • Salary up to £26,000 (pro-rata)
  • Eligible for quarterly bonus of £250
  • Mileage paid at 45p per mile
  • Ongoing support and training
