Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication and perform other medical tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
- Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a home care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
