About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage in activities that promote independence and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care and support work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Enhanced DBS check and ability to work in the UK
