About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HealthHarmonie. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and manage stock and equipment for the clinic
- Set up examination rooms for clinicians and act as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks, including completing reports and providing support related to administrative duties
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital environment
- NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care
- IT literacy with proficiency in using computer systems and software
- A strong passion for delivering high-quality care and a sense of pride in your work
What We Offer
- Part-time, permanent contract
- Working pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday
- 30 hours per week
- Salary up to £26,000 (pro-rata)
- Eligible for quarterly bonus of £250
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
- Ongoing support and training
