Service: Health and Social Care Partnership

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in assisting young individuals with care experience in their journey towards independence. Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and relationship-building, aligning with the principles of the Care Leavers Covenant and The Promise.

Training and Support: We provide access to comprehensive training, ongoing support, and supervision, ensuring manageable caseloads within a collaborative and experienced team environment.

Work Environment: This position is based within the Argyll and Bute region, with the flexibility of remote work options. The successful candidate will be expected to travel extensively throughout the area, which may include scheduled evening and weekend work.

  • Membership in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme is required for working with children and adults.
  • Participation in standby or other out-of-hours service arrangements may be necessary.
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is a requirement for this position.
