Service: Health and Social Care Partnership
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to facilitate, coordinate, and gather the perspectives, requirements, and ambitions of young individuals with care experience. This role involves the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive database to document this information and provide reports to the Corporate Parenting Board as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of participation groups for care experienced children and young people.
- Empower and support these young individuals to create a Champions Board that they can design and implement, aimed at fostering positive changes through our corporate parenting board.
Work-Life Balance: Argyll and Bute Council values the importance of a healthy work-life balance for the wellbeing and productivity of its staff. We adopt a flexible-first approach to accommodate requests for changes in work arrangements, ensuring that service quality remains uncompromised while considering each request thoughtfully.
