Position Overview: Customer Collaboration Manager at Mondelēz International

The Customer Collaboration Manager is pivotal in overseeing and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. This role entails guiding a customer-focused team in conjunction with the sales department to promote operational excellence, streamline costs, innovate processes, and stimulate business expansion. Engaging with clients to comprehend their requirements, fostering trusted relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement strategic initiatives is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a collaborative framework with stakeholders aimed at the ongoing enhancement of the order-to-delivery process.
  • Build and manage a high-achieving Customer Collaboration team.
  • Advocate for the customer’s perspective and promote service excellence.
  • Oversee stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

Required Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in customer supply chain or commercial functions.
  • Proven leadership in team development and personnel management.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with major retail partners.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills at senior management levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management methodologies.
