About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Development Manager to join our team at Babington. As a key member of our Customer Engagement team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Senior Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for senior-level customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and proactive communication to meet their needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor analysis, providing valuable insights to inform our sales approach.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, leveraging your expertise in the Tech Media and Telco market to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Extensive experience working with customers in the Tech Media and Telco market, with a deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and challenges.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • A full driving license and ability to travel 2-4 days per week to meet with customers.
