Customer Engagement Specialist at Ingeus

Salary: £23,

Location: Birmingham

The Customer Engagement Specialist serves as the main liaison for participants. Collaborating closely with Job Centre Plus (JCP) Work Coaches, this position focuses on advocating the program's benefits, connecting with participants, and collecting essential information to tailor initial consultations with Employment Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage participants in the Restart Program by effectively communicating its relevance and advantages.
  • Build and sustain relationships with Job Centre Plus contacts, delivering Management Information for participant oversight.
  • Ensure timely and precise documentation for all participants is completed.
  • Work in conjunction with Employment Advisors to promptly share participant details.
  • Achieve and surpass established targets, KPIs, and Customer Service Standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong networking capabilities for fostering relationships both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
