About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Partner Student Recruitment Manager. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for delivering New Student Enrollment (NSE) targets and managing university partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans and strategies to drive sales and achieve NSE targets.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including University Partners, Regional Directors, and Education Recruitment Directors, to develop and execute campaign plans and strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key recruitment contacts and Centre Directors to drive sales and achieve NSE targets.
  • Identify short-term tactical actions to drive NSE volumes, such as term dates, entry requirements, discounts, and additional agent incentives.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and Education Recruitment Directors to ensure the go-to-market plans are executed in accordance with the plan.
  • Lead the implementation and review of collaborative student recruitment activities with University Partners.
  • Report on sales performance and provide feedback and insights to University partners on market and product trends.
  • Support the development and delivery of the Annual/Five Year Partner Plan.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets. You should have:

Proven experience of working in the international education market.A strong collaborator who develops effective relationships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders.Experience of working in an international corporate/matrix environment.Experience of working with a CRM and using data/reporting to drive decision making.Demonstrable business and commercial acumen, analytical and quantitative abilities.Agile in approach – can move seamlessly between short-term tactical and medium-term plans and activities.
