About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment & Events Officer at Greater Brighton Metropolitan College. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications Team, you will play a vital role in fostering strong connections with local schools and communities, positioning our college as the ultimate choice for students across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage with diverse audiences
- Collaborate with our marketing and curriculum teams to create engaging resources, presentations, and workshops to showcase the college's offerings
- Provide valuable information, advice, and guidance to students, parents, teachers, and careers advisors
- Represent the college at external events, meeting potential students and stakeholders
- Organize and oversee a variety of engaging events, from Open Days to Taster Sessions and beyond
Requirements
- A valid driving license and the ability to travel independently to external venues with marketing equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
