The Department of Wellbeing, Therapeutic and Residential Life Services is looking for a dedicated Student Support Coordinator to join the Wellbeing team.

Role Summary:
The Student Support Coordinator will be instrumental in enhancing the mental, emotional, and physical health of students by developing and implementing targeted support initiatives, events, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote awareness and understanding of wellbeing issues within the student body.
2. Conduct outreach activities to engage students effectively.
3. Assist in the creation and dissemination of wellbeing resources.
4. Collaborate with academic personnel, university therapeutic services, and external organizations to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs through feedback and data analysis for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and a background in health promotion, health research, or mental health. Proven experience in leading wellbeing initiatives and delivering workshops is essential.
