Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Student Services Coordinator to join our team at Study Group. As a key member of our international education provider, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional student experiences across our global network.

About the Role

The Student Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to students, agents, and parents throughout the student journey. This will include:

  • Delivering student-facing support as part of a centralised Pre-Arrival service
  • Providing everyday point of contact support for specific campuses and ensuring that student, agent, sponsor, and parent enquiries are responded to appropriately and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Issuing proactive communications from confirmation through to arrival in campus to ensure a smooth student experience
  • Ensuring accommodation fulfilment, airport transfers, insurance products, and other services as required are completed accurately and in a timely way
  • Supporting the Central Student Administration function by effectively completing Pre-CAS interviews and capturing output during peak periods
  • Delivering administrative support on an ad-hoc basis, primarily supporting ISC campus and ODLH colleagues with 'post-arrival' duties
  • Accurately following a suite of campus-based administrative processes; typically focusing on the management of booking information, debt management, and financial adjustments within agreed SLAs
  • Accurately documenting the receipt and tracking of completed transactional-based work within a case management system
  • Proactively liaising with campus staff to identify needs and offer campus-based support where required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree educated (desirable)
  • Experience working in a busy office environment (essential)
  • Experience working in a customer-focused role (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering student-facing support (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a seamless and exceptional student experience
  • An interest in the International Higher Education Industry
