We are seeking a University Partnerships Recruitment Manager responsible for achieving New Student Enrollment (NSE) targets and managing collaborations with universities. You will work alongside both internal teams and external partners to design and implement strategies aimed at enhancing enrollment figures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong history of exceeding sales objectives, experience in the international education sector, and a knack for building effective partnerships with universities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategies to meet New Student Enrollment goals while managing university partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to develop and implement campaign strategies to achieve NSE objectives.
- Oversee pipeline activities across different markets for a designated set of centers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key recruitment contacts and manage sales activities with UK university partners.
- Identify and implement strategies to boost NSE volumes in the immediate term.
- Lead the execution of student recruitment initiatives in collaboration with university partners.
- Provide valuable insights to partners regarding sales performance and market dynamics.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of the Partner Plan.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the international education sector is essential.
- Adept at fostering effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in a corporate or matrix environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong business insight and analytical skills.
- Flexible and capable of adapting between short-term and medium-term strategies.
