We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Student Recruitment Manager to join our team at Study Group. As a key member of our international education team, you will be responsible for delivering New Student Enrolment (NSE) targets and managing university partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market plans and strategies to drive sales and achieve NSE targets.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including University Partners, Regional Directors, and Education Recruitment Directors, to develop and execute campaign plans and strategies.
- Manage relationships with Centre Directors, Heads of Student Experience, and Partner Admissions Managers to ensure effective pipeline management and achievement of program/centre NSE budget and profitability targets.
- Identify short-term tactical actions to drive NSE volumes, such as term dates, entry requirements, discounts, and additional agent incentives.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors and Education Recruitment Directors to ensure the go-to-market plans are executed in accordance with the plan.
- Lead the implementation and review of collaborative student recruitment activities with University Partners.
- Report on sales performance and provide feedback and insights to University partners on market and product trends.
- Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets in the international education market.
- Strong collaborator with effective relationships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in an international corporate/matrix environment and with a CRM to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrable business and commercial acumen, analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Agile approach with ability to move seamlessly between short-term tactical and medium-term plans and activities.
