Join our team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, and take on a challenging role as a Strategic Site Development Project Manager. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will support critical processes such as Change Management, Risk Management, Scheduling, and Reporting to ensure the success of our strategic development project.
We are responsible for the expansion, modernization, and upgrade of our facilities at the Home of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood. This project aims to increase our Bespoke capacity and capabilities, and we need a skilled Project Manager to lead the way.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily tasks within the project office
- Developing and improving policies, processes, and project rules
- Leading specific longer-term projects as part of the overall programme
- Planning project workshops, team building events, and site visits
- Managing project communications, including internal website and regular briefings
As a Strategic Site Development Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a high-profile project that will shape the future of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. You will be part of a dynamic team that values passion, creativity, and innovation.
