ROLE OVERVIEW
Collaborate with a team of Student Recruitment managers and Sales Directors for the East & West regions to formulate and implement global sales strategies and tactical recruitment initiatives aimed at achieving revenue and student enrollment objectives for all brands within the designated portfolio. Cultivate high-quality collaborative relationships with senior leaders across various business functions to spearhead new initiatives and ensure that both existing and new offerings align with the expectations of our partners and the market, thereby meeting university partner demands for student outcomes and enrollment volumes. Identify immediate tactical measures to enhance student enrollment volumes (e.g., term dates, entry requirements, discounts, additional incentives for agents, etc.). Partner with the Partner Development team to lead the student recruitment engagement with all UK and European partner universities, fostering close and cooperative relationships with senior international recruitment stakeholders to effectively implement global sales strategies. Assist in the formulation and execution of Annual/Five Year Account Plans, participating in Steering Meetings as necessary. Communicate market and competitor insights to all UK and European university partners to secure support for strategic and tactical initiatives as well as product enhancements. Contribute to discussions and the development of new products and services with both existing and prospective university partners. Serve as a point of escalation for all UK partners regarding Sales strategy, ensuring that Partner Satisfaction is consistently maintained and improved. Lead a team of UK-based Heads of Partner Student Recruitment responsible for devising and implementing global recruitment strategies for all UK and European International Study Centres. Direct a team of in-market recruitment managers tasked with executing the regional centre sales plans developed in collaboration with East & West Regional Directors. Foster a high-performance culture, maintaining a constant focus on delivering high-quality outcomes through effective management and coaching. Inspire and energize others through positive reinforcement and by serving as an exemplary role model. Clearly communicate the Company's business objectives and initiatives, ensuring they are translated into actionable steps through outcome setting, regular communication, and feedback processes. CANDIDATE PROFILE Relevant Educational Degree Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Strong understanding of the international education landscape and the needs of students in source markets. Experience in leading a sales team and successfully meeting sales objectives. Background in an international corporate or matrix environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and utilizing data/reporting to inform decision-making. Demonstrated business and commercial acumen, along with analytical and quantitative skills. Persistent focus on driving high-quality outcomes across a large regional team, establishing clear targets and continuously monitoring progress. Holds team members accountable for delivery while providing coaching and feedback to facilitate their development. Agile in approach, capable of seamlessly transitioning between short-term tactical and medium-term strategic plans. A strong collaborator who builds effective relationships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders. Able to comprehend and interpret information and data from diverse sources, leveraging this for the benefit of the team. Skilled negotiator, able to adapt approach based on stakeholder needs.
