We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Radiologist to join our team at the Paul Strickland Scanner Centre (PSSC) in Mount Vernon Hospital. The PSSC is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with cutting-edge technology, including a Dual Source/dual energy CT, three MRI scanners, and a Sectra PACS/RIS system. Our centre is at the forefront of translational cancer imaging and provides cross-sectional imaging services for oncology patients and the wider community.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and reporting investigations performed using CT and MRI. They will also have the opportunity to develop research projects in the Centre. Key responsibilities include performing or interpreting diagnostic imaging procedures, documenting performance and outcomes, and communicating examination results to referring physicians and patients.

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' medical experience, with at least 6 years in a relevant specialty.
