We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at our client school in Northwood (HA6). Our school provides a safe and nurturing environment for blind and partially sighted children with significant learning difficulties and disabilities.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with teachers and specialists to implement tailored learning plans, create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment, and encourage students to explore their fullest potential.

Requirements
  • A deep commitment to supporting children with unique learning difficulties and disabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • While prior experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. What matters most are qualities like empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
