Job Description:

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Billing Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Finance team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing smooth monthly billing cycles, ensuring accurate matter data collation, and working closely with client fee earner teams to uphold billing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume billing to strict timelines, ensuring adherence to client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with Information Technology (IT) and Finance Reporting teams for accurate client invoicing.
  • Participate in Legal Operations calls, sharing best practices and solutions to enhance client experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process changes, impacting billing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months legal billing experience.
  • Proficiency in billing software, with 3E experience desirable.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure, demonstrating resilience and ambition.
  • A continuous learner, eager to develop your billing skillset.
