About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Support Coordinator to join our team at Evri. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating central support and administrative activities for our Final Mile processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate courier screening activities, including Right To Work, Vehicle, Journalist, and Banned courier checks.
  • Issue daily operational courier communications, such as welcome emails and new starter payments.
  • Collate and analyze courier survey data to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Schedule and attend Courier Connect Meetings to record notes.
  • Conduct activity reporting for the Delivery Support department.
  • Administer the ONSI benefits platform and conduct eligibility checks on courier rate negotiation requests.
Requirements
  • GCSE English & Maths Grade C (or equivalent)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel ability, including running reports, filtering/sorting large data sets, creating pivot tables, and basic formulas
  • Ability to work independently, managing and prioritizing own workload
  • Problem-solving abilities to overcome process challenges
