This role is situated within the Head Office, supporting the Property Team by assisting the Property Manager in the daily oversight of maintenance operations, as well as aiding the Head of Property and Project Manager with various administrative and project-related tasks.

This position will involve a hybrid work model, combining on-site, office, and remote work as necessary.

The role is primarily administrative, requiring adaptability to a fast-paced, task-oriented environment, along with a strong organizational skill set.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily management of reactive, contractual, and quoted maintenance to ensure optimal restaurant operations.

- Provide support and expertise in maintenance matters to both operational and site-based teams.

- Review and authorize reactive service requests while managing a tracking system to ensure completion.

- Collaborate with the Property Manager to manage contract maintenance and ensure compliance.

- Maintain comprehensive asset lists for all kitchen and bar equipment, as well as approve supply orders through the designated platform.

- Manage Central Services accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant teams.

- Keep property-related guides and contact lists up to date.

- Work with contractors to ensure their updates are accurately reflected in the management system.

- Assist the rest of the Property Team with administrative duties and project work.

Requirements

- Ideally, candidates should possess experience in the hospitality sector and familiarity with property management systems.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, task-driven environment is essential.

- Willingness to travel across the country as needed to visit various restaurant locations.

- This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of five days a week with two days off.
