Job Title: Head of Pension Sales
Job Summary:
Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Pension Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the pension industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our product specialists to develop and deliver sales pitches and presentations that showcase our innovative pension solutions.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support our sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in the pension industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business needs.
