Job Title: Head of Pension Sales

Job Summary:

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Pension Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the pension industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our product specialists to develop and deliver sales pitches and presentations that showcase our innovative pension solutions.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support our sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in the pension industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
