Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Organic Social Media Manager to join our team at Jaywing. As a key member of our Organic Media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of organic social media best practices and a proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, and analyzing engagement metrics to inform future strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Manage social media accounts, including creating and curating content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to inform strategy and content creation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on social media performance and engagement

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience managing social media accounts at an agency or in-house role
  • Strong understanding of organic social media best practices and a proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns
  • Proficient knowledge of popular social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
  • Experience in developing social media strategies and creating content that drives engagement and growth
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media analytics tools, including Sprinklr and Hootsuite
  • Knowledge of content creation tools, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook and Instagram Ads
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
