About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at ThePlaceToBe. As a key member of our Organic Media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the Digital PR and SEO teams to create integrated media plans that drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform our social media strategies.
  • Support the growth and development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
  • Work closely with the Organic Media lead to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced social media professional who is passionate about staying ahead of the curve. You will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and a proven track record of delivering successful social media campaigns. You will be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
