About the RoleAs the Social Media Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies to grow the agency's client base and manage existing client accounts.
- Creating captivating content that aligns with the latest trends and amplifies the social presence of clients across various platforms.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and designing reactive campaigns for clients, including memes, overlays, music, and audio content.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while effectively communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Assisting the Head of Organic Social in pitching for new business and upselling to existing clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in using major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.
- Prior experience in upselling and pitching for new business is valued but not required.
