Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Organic Social Media Manager to join our team at Jaywing. As a key member of our Organic Media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our clients' social media presence remains competitive

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience managing social media accounts at an agency or in-house role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies
  • Excellent understanding of social media best practices and ability to apply them to client campaigns
  • Proficient knowledge of popular social media channels and ability to create engaging content for each platform
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to inform strategy
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media advertising and ability to develop and execute paid social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of social media listening tools and ability to monitor and analyze social media conversations
  • Experience with content creation and ability to develop high-quality content for social media channels
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry
