Social Media Marketing Manager

Herd Digital, a leading integrated agency, is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join their team in Leeds city centre. As a key member of the team, you will assist in account management and contribute to the development of the agency's social media strategy.
About the RoleAs the Social Media Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing social media campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, creating engaging content that aligns with industry trends and amplifies their online presence.
- Developing and implementing social media strategies to support the growth of clients' TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat channels.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and designing reactive campaigns for clients, including memes, overlays, music, and audio content.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while effectively communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Assisting the Head of Organic Social in pitching for new business and upselling to existing clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in using major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.
- Prior experience in upselling and pitching for new business is a plus.
