Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with the Directorate, delivering exceptional administrative and secretarial assistance. Responsibilities include providing PA support during Directorate and Management Committee meetings, as well as at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). You will be tasked with organizing meetings, coordinating agendas, and documenting minutes.

Key Requirements:

A fundamental requirement for this role is formal training in secretarial or administrative functions, alongside 2-5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant capacity. Candidates should possess advanced organizational abilities and a comprehensive understanding of MS Office applications. Additionally, being a proactive team player with strong initiative and leadership qualities is essential.
