About the Role

Morgan Philips Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in the go-to-market implementation of our products, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, including market analysis and competitor research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical data sheets, training materials, and product documentation.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Conduct product testing and quality assurance to ensure products meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Work closely with the sales and commercial teams to understand customer needs and identify new product opportunities.
  • Manage and coordinate new product launches, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and identify new product opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
