About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-savvy professional to drive conversions and growth for a leading Learning and Development provider.

Main Responsibilities
  • Marketing Automation Platform Management: Manage and optimize the use of our brand-new marketing automation platform to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Integration and Workflow Development: Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies, and develop and manage automated workflows to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives, and conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement: Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Segmentation and List Management: Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalized email campaigns.
  • Data Analysis and Strategy: Analyze customer data and behavior to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
  • Data Quality and Compliance: Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaboration and Content Development: Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns.
  • Dynamic Content and Personalization: Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Marketing Automation Strategy: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
