Marketing Automation Specialist

Central Employment Agency (North East) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join their expanding in-house Marketing & Commercial team.

About the Role

We are looking for a data-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist who is proficient in email marketing, CRM, and workflow development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation tactics and be able to drive conversions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the use of our brand-new marketing automation platform to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
  • Develop and manage automated workflows, moving leads through the sales funnel.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, including subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalized email campaigns.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
  • Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns.
  • Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
