We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Strategist to join our team. As a Marketing Automation Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation strategies that drive business growth and improve marketing efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize the use of marketing automation platforms to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies
  • Develop and manage automated workflows, moving leads through the sales funnel
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, including subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements
  • Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalized email campaigns
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows
  • Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns
  • Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
