Job Description

Central Employment Agency (North East) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join their expanding in-house Marketing & Commercial team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Automation Platform Management: Manage and optimize the use of our brand-new marketing automation platform to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Integration and Development: Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies, and develop and manage automated workflows to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives, and conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Data Management: Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalized email campaigns, and maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns, and implement strategies for dynamic content and personalization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
