**Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our expanding team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Develop and Optimize Marketing Automation Platforms**: Design and implement marketing automation platforms to streamline marketing efforts, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
  • **Integrate Marketing Automation Tools with CRM Systems**: Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies to maximize data insights and customer engagement.
  • **Create Automated Workflows**: Develop and manage automated workflows to move leads through the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • **Design and Implement Email Marketing Campaigns**: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • **Conduct A/B Testing and Analysis**: Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, including subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements, and analyze campaign results to inform future strategies.
  • **Manage and Analyze Customer Data**: Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalized email campaigns, and analyze customer data to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
  • **Maintain Data Quality and Compliance**: Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns, and implement strategies for dynamic content and personalization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • **Develop and Implement Marketing Automation Strategies**: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

**Requirements:**

  • **3+ Years of Experience in Email Marketing or Marketing Automation**: Proven experience in email marketing or marketing automation, with a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and tools.
  • **Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms**: Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • **Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • **Strong Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • **Detail-Oriented with Excellent Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • **Ability to Work Collaboratively**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
