Marketing Automation Strategist

**Central Employment** is seeking a highly skilled **Marketing Automation Specialist** to join their expanding in-house Marketing & Commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing and marketing automation, with experience in using marketing automation platforms to drive conversions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Optimize Marketing Automation**: Manage and optimize the use of marketing automation platforms to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
  • **Integrate Marketing Tools**: Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
  • **Develop Automated Workflows**: Develop and manage automated workflows to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • **Create Email Marketing Campaigns**: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives.
  • **Conduct A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, including subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements.
  • **Analyze Campaign Performance**: Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • **Manage Marketing Lists**: Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalized email campaigns.
  • **Analyze Customer Data**: Analyze customer data and behavior to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
  • **Maintain Data Quality**: Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns.
  • **Implement Dynamic Content**: Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • **Develop Marketing Automation Strategies**: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.

**Requirements:**

  • **3+ Years of Experience**: 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation.
  • **Marketing Automation Platforms**: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc).
  • **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • **Attention to Detail**: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • **Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
