Job Title: Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer to join our team at Software Technology Inc. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing and developing training materials for adult learners, with a focus on curriculum design and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Design and Development: Design and develop training materials for adult learners, including curriculum design, development, and implementation.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and webinar.
  • Software Evaluation: Research and evaluate the NC FAST case management software to translate its functionality into effective learning materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist with scheduling, preparing for, and participating in quality assurance checks on training materials.
  • Collaboration: Work with training developers, program subject matter experts, technical support, and others to ensure training materials are effective.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office Suite, Learning Management System (LMS) technology, and software applications such as Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, and Adobe Visio.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate in oral and written form, and deal effectively with diverse groups to accomplish objectives.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate student progress and make recommendations for continued training, participation, curriculum, and methodology.
  • Process Management: Assist with basic application software and hardware support, and knowledge of and experience with NC FAST and the Medicaid Program in NC.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in curriculum design and development, training delivery, and software evaluation.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of internet concepts and web technology, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
