Child Welfare Training and Content Development Specialist

Software Technology Inc. is seeking a talented Child Welfare Training and Content Development Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in designing and delivering engaging training programs for professionals involved in child welfare services. Your expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning principles will be instrumental in creating effective learning materials that enhance the knowledge and skills of our clients.

  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training curricula aligned with industry best practices and NC FAST case management software functionalities.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality training materials, including presentations, manuals, online modules, and interactive simulations, using a variety of software applications.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions in various formats, such as in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and webinars.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, technical support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of training materials.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously evaluate training programs and make recommendations for enhancements based on learner feedback and performance data.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners.
  • Strong understanding of social services programs and the NC FAST case management system.
  • Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) technology, such as Moodle, XML, HTML.
  • Proficiency in software applications like Adobe FrameMaker, Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Visio, or other training development tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
