Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our North Region Marketing Team. As Head of Marketing for Region North, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive bookings and customer acquisition in the UK, Sweden, and Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a B2C and B2B marketing plan and budget for Region North
  • Lead a team of 5 FTEs in PR, Brand, Performance, CRM, Strategic Marketing, and B2B Marketing
  • Collaborate with central teams to maximize our positioning in SERPs and App stores
  • Track and increase customer satisfaction through NPS and SSC feedbacks
  • Lead partnership agreements strategies and close big deals with relevant brands
  • Coordinate with PR to agree on main messages and build social/community strategy
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in Marketing, with at least 2-5 years' experience in people management
  • Knowledge of 360o media and experience in leading and managing agencies
  • Interest in the food industry is a plus
