Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our North Region Marketing Team. As Head of Marketing for Region North, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and engagement in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a B2C and B2B marketing plan for Region North, aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead a team of 5 FTEs, including PR, Brand, Performance, CRM, and B2B Marketing specialists, and collaborate with central teams to achieve regional objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate the brand's value proposition to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to develop targeted contact plans for different customer segments.
  • Work closely with SEO and Product teams to maximize our positioning in search engine results and app stores.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, including NPS and SSC feedback.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Promote our brand locally, using a 360-degree approach to media channels, balancing media buying, social media, and brand content.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and offline channels.
  • Proven experience in people management, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to model and understand data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of 360-degree media channels and experience in leading and managing agencies.
  • Interest in the food industry is a plus.
