Job Description

As the Head of Marketing for TheFork North Region, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy to reach and exceed regional objectives. You'll lead a team of 5 FTEs, including PR, Brand, Performance, CRM, and B2B Marketing, and collaborate closely with central teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage the B2C and B2B marketing plan and budget for TheFork North Region.
  2. Coordinate and manage the local team, ensuring alignment with central teams and objectives.
  3. Analyze and evaluate the brand value proposition in the market, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  4. Optimize and enrich existing monitoring tools to evaluate performance, analyze results, and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
  5. Utilize central and local performance marketing levers to boost bookings and new customer acquisition.
  6. Collaborate with CRM teams to build relevant contact plans for different customer segments.
  7. Work closely with SEO and Product central teams to maximize positioning in SERPs and App stores.
  8. Track and increase customer satisfaction through NPS, SSC feedbacks, and other metrics.
  9. Lead partnership agreements strategies and close big deals with relevant brands.
  10. Promote TheFork's brand locally, using a 360-degree approach to media channels, balancing media buying, social media, and brand content.
Requirements:
  1. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to model and understand data to make data-driven decisions.
  2. Organized and structured work approach.
  3. Experience in people management, with a minimum of 2-5 years in marketing, preferably in digital and offline channels.
  4. Knowledge of 360-degree media and experience in leading and managing agencies.
  5. Interest in the food industry is a plus.
