Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at MAXEN RECRUITMENT LTD. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounts function and working closely with our sales and purchase ledger teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage sales and purchase ledger transactions.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients.
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Update and maintain our financial systems to ensure they are up to date at all times.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve payment queries and take payments.
  • Process payments and update our financial systems accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
