Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at MAXEN RECRUITMENT LTD. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounts function and working closely with our sales and purchase ledger teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales and purchase ledger transactions.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Perform reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Update and maintain our financial systems to ensure they are up to date at all times.
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment queries and take payments.
- Process payments and update our financial systems accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
