About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As a Graduate Support Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain and update our filing system to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Data Entry: Set up new clients on our CRM system, accurately entering their data.
  • Record-Keeping: Keep a register of clients across various systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend team meetings and actively participate in discussions.
  • Correspondence: Gather information through phone, letter, or email correspondence.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle photocopying and scanning of documents, manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
  • Communication: Deal with inquiries and queries from both internal and external sources.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
