Agency 91, a leading distributor of top-tier footwear and apparel brands in London, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive growth and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand key and independent accounts, leading seasonal appointments and negotiations that influence the future of our prestigious brands.
  • Identify and secure new accounts, expanding our brands and paving the way for long-term success and brand loyalty.
  • Set ambitious sales goals and develop strategic plans to achieve them, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with brand values.
  • Ensure sales excellence through efficient order management and smooth delivery operations, driving sales growth and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
  • Develop lasting relationships with your accounts, boosting growth and customer satisfaction, and making you a trusted partner in their success.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and work closely with HQ/PR to amplify our brand presence.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor activities, leading product training and in-store initiatives to ensure our brands remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Adopt a business owner's mindset, focusing on profitability and maintaining high standards, and collaborate with credit control to manage customer terms and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years in wholesale sales within the fashion industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and opening new business.
  • Strategic vision and experience in setting and achieving sales targets, generating volume, and strategically entering top-tier accounts.
  • A strong network within the UK market.
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a full UK driving license or equivalent travel capability.
