Position Overview

As the Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind the success of your area. Your primary responsibility is to uphold the highest standards of service and ensure a pristine environment. You will play a crucial role in achieving the restaurant's sales and profitability by implementing effective upselling techniques and fostering exceptional guest relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations at a German Doner Kebab establishment, ensuring compliance with service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, taking decisive action to resolve issues and enhance their experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that only the highest quality products are served, maintaining rigorous standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback to motivate and enhance performance.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and analyze consumption patterns to optimize inventory control.
  • Promotional Activities: Actively promote the GDK brand and create a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Shift Management: Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of guest care.
  • Reporting: Complete necessary reports at the end of each shift, documenting performance and operational metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the General Store Manager to coordinate all operational aspects and achieve budgeted margins.
