We are pleased to present this temporary role as a Health Care Support Specialist within our educational institution. This position entails providing assistance in the personal care and overall welfare of students, focusing on hygiene protocols, serving as the primary first aid responder, and overseeing the administration of medications, including monitoring stock levels and expiration dates of medical supplies throughout the academy. You will collaborate with the inclusion team, offering administrative assistance and performing various domestic responsibilities within the academy. Engaging with external partners to develop, implement, and execute tailored plans for our students' success is a key aspect of this role. Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with effective time management abilities. Maintaining confidentiality at all times is a critical requirement. We seek an individual who is passionate about education and dedicated to fostering strong relationships with students who have medical needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support. A self-motivated, organized, and proactive approach is essential, coupled with a warm and nurturing demeanor when assisting students with personal care needs.
