Unqualified Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant in various schools across York. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in education and make a positive impact on young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist classroom teachers with daily activities and lesson preparations.
  • Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist with the preparation and organisation of teaching materials.
  • Supervise students during break times and extracurricular activities.
  • Provide additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.
